Welcome, this is our first post on the ACE blog. Here’s a little background about who we are and what we can do for you.
ACE Group, Inc. is a U.S. Customs Broker with constant growth in the area of San Diego / Otay Mesa. Established in 2001, ACE Group has experience in the Import / Export and Inbonds field. We are also one of the few U.S. Customs Broker located in Otay Mesa with a warehouse of more than 70,000 ft.
We offer a complete range of customs brokering services for importers and exporters including U.S. Customs Entry, Export documentation, Compliance consultation, warehouseing, Distribution, Freight Forwarder and more.
Customs Brokering
A little history of our U.S. Customs Broker and Logistics Service:
- 2002 – We were granted our National Customs Brokers Permit, which allows us to clear shipments thru 152 ports in the USA.
- 2003 – We became C-TPAT certified member.
- 2006 – We were granted our Customs Corporate License, Bonded Warehouse and Bonded Carrier as well as licensed Freight Forwarder.
- 2009 – We obtained authorization to kept all records in electronic format.
- 2014 – We started logistics services at Ensenada International Terminal.
eCommerce Fulfillment
We also have a big warehouse, which enables us to offer worldwide fulfillment services to ecommerce merchants and B2B clients. We operate on lean principles, which means that your customers will receive their products in pristine condition in a timely manner.
How do we achieve this? We developed an inventory platform where you can see your inventory in real-time and avoid double capture of information; among other features.

Since our existence, we have focused on delivering superior service to our clients.
